CSR initiatives of Epyllion group are taken to showcase the commitment towards promoting Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs). CSR initiatives are recognized by national international stakeholders, which helped us develop a strong brand value for our customers. Our work goes beyond compliance with our commitment to sustainability with responsibility, following and promoting the seven core principles of ISO 26000, 10 Principals of UN Global Compacts; 17 SDGs by UN and 33 Objectives set by Epyllion Foundation.

Epyllion foundation has established on 26th April 2011 as a sister concern of Epyllion Group to give an institutional structure to CSR. HER Essential is a collaborative initiative from Target & Kmart - Australia partnering with BSR. HER Essential aim for empowering low-income women working at our factories. the project target areas include health, financial inclusion, and gender inequality.

"USAID's Women Thrive in Bangladesh (Thrive) Activity" to economically empower women by creating decent work and ensuring a life of dignity.

Project GEAR
GENDER EQUALITY AND RETURNS - GEAR
Project GEAR works to closethe gender gap at Epyllion Style Limited through skill development training for potential female workers. Already 10 GEAR projects trained female workers got promoted from swing operator to supervisor.
